60 min boil off was about 1 liter at 110v & using a bucket & pump to recirculate cooling H20 cut down on water loss (added ice half way through). Ran a couple boils w/o grain to get the process down. Various "moisture exhaust devices" didn't do it. Switched to an 6.5 Anvil a couple years back (vs. No Need to Disassemble Entire Unit!
